The wit and charm of Sydney Chase, who passed away much too soon this past September (2009) in South Carolina, is missed greatly among those who enjoyed his fun-loving take at life.

We fully expect Syd to be teaching St Peter and crew some new tricks in the art of snipe hunting!
Syd is survived by wife Dorothy (sister of Noel Mann), offspring Fletcher, Janetje, Vivian and Jonathan as well as a tribe of grandchildren.
A memorial for family and friends to celebrate Syd's affirmation of the good cheer in all of us was held on Saturday, November 29, 2009 at Saint George's By The River church in Rumson NJ.
